Announcing the New Vintage Housewife Newsletter!

The Vintage Housewife was created to share my love of all things vintage, and to delight in the routine and ritual of keeping a house in vintage spirit… With joy, kindness, and generosity. I believe that as modern women, we can fill every aspect of our homes, families, and ourselves with creativity, comfort, and calm.

Deep Cleaning Weekly Chores

Weekly chores are “cleaning projects”, jobs that require a little more time and effort than general picking up and tidying.

My 5 am. Morning Routine

Mornings can be rough, but they are also the foundation that the rest of the day builds upon, so I try to make sure I start my day on the right note.

A New Year, New Vintage Housewife Daily Schedule Printable

To kick the new year off I have freshened up the Vintage Housewife Daily Schedule Printable, and I have also added some bonus pages this year to help you track your daily chores.

2019 Reader Survey

I can't wait to document my progress with the Vintage Housewife Challenge in 2019, but I know there is more we can explore, and other areas of life we can cultivate together, and rather than try to guess, I thought I'd just ask you directly.

Merry Christmas

A very Merry Christmas to all who are celebrating today! I hope your day is filled with warmth, love, laughter, and delicious food.

Hi, friends!

First, I would just like to say how happy it makes me that so many of you have reached out and supported me with this new blog. The Vintage Housewife is a work in progress and intensely personal, as I often write about my struggles with everything from keeping up on laundry, to being a good wife. In just a short amount of time, this journey has already been incredible. I have learned so much, and can’t wait to see what is next.

If you have been following my blog, I would love for you to check out my weekly newsletter. It is just a great way for us to get to know each other better, and connect a little bit more.

I started the Vintage Housewife as I began embracing a simpler, thriftier, more domesticated lifestyle, and I like to think of my weekly emails as “Happy Mail” where I share my progress in the 1950’s Housewife Challenge, housekeeping tips, recipes, fun and easy DIYs, & exclusive subscriber-only content.

You can sign up in the form below, if you don’t see it try clicking over to this form!
