I thought it would be fun to have an informal book club here on the blog to inspire fun and thoughtful conversations about what we are reading! I’d love to select books that are inspirational, fun to read, and help develop us as women and homemakers. If you have any book suggestions please leave me a comment.
At the end of the month, I will have post a discussion to share my thoughts, highlights and take-aways.I hope you will join me!
Our first book selection is Ladies Like Us by Alena Kate Pettitt. I first ran across Alena Kate Pettit on Instagram and was instantly fascinated with her wholesome traditional family values, and quickly added her first book Ladies Like Us to my reading list.
A few weeks ago I wrote about Alena Petitt, a well-known British author and lifestyle blogger, who has become the face of the “Tradwife” movement. Mrs. Petitt writes about etiquette, feminine lifestyle, marriage, motherhood, homemaking, and traditional values on her website the Darling Academy.
