The Vintage Housewife Book Club ~ How Do I Join?

First of all, can I just say HOW excited I am about the Vintage Housewife Book Club? I love to read and have wanted to join a book club for quite a while, but couldn’t figure out how to actually make a structured book club work in real life.

Yesterday I announced our first March Book Club pick, Ladies Like Us, and I’ve had a few questions on how to join The Vintage Housewife Book Club, which is so great!! I love that you are interested in joining me as I dig into books that are inspirational, fun to read, and help develop me as women and homemaker.

So for all my new book-loving friends, I’m here today to give a breakdown of the book club.

HOW TO JOIN THE VINTAGE HOUSEWIFE BOOK CLUB

Our book club is online, and very informal and relaxed. There are a few ways to participate in the book club and I have listed them below.

  • Read The Books! – Around the 1st of each month I will announce that month’s selection along with a link to order the book. Order the book, or scoop it up the next time you are near a bookstore or library and read along with us.
  • Follow on Instagram – Throughout the month I will post on Instagram about the book, asking questions, and sharing my thoughts. I’d love for you participate and share your thoughts on what you have read so far!
  • Sign Up for The Newsletter – In the future I may send a seperate weekly email to those who are participating in the book club, but for now I will include updates in my regular weekly email!
  • Participate in the Discussions – At the end of each month I will do a “Discussion Post“. This is where I will discuss the book, ask questions, and chat in the comment section.

Hopefully this is helpful in getting you started, but however you participate… I’m just glad you are here and I hope you have fun reading along! If you have any book suggestions please leave me a comment.
